By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases including Energy Cores, Battle Pass, and other digital items. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.
Energy Cores and Defense Credits are virtual currencies. They are licensed, not sold, to you. We may modify, manage, or eliminate virtual currency and items at any time.
The Game may display advertisements including rewarded video ads and interstitial ads.
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or hacks in connection with the Game.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $5 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims arising from your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify the Game and these Terms at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
