How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings (gear icon on main menu) > Restore Purchases. This will restore your Battle Pass and any previously purchased Energy Core packs.

I lost my game progress. Can I get it back?

Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, local progress may be lost. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your progress.

What are Energy Cores used for?

Energy Cores are premium currency used for: 1) upgrading weapons to level 4 and above, 2) continuing gameplay after your city is destroyed, and 3) accessing premium Battle Pass rewards. You can earn free cores by watching rewarded video ads.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the purchase you want refunded.

The game is crashing. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Force close the app and reopen it, 2) Restart your device, 3) Make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store, 4) If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.

Does the game require internet?

Core gameplay works offline. Internet is required for in-app purchases, watching ads, Game Center leaderboards, and restoring purchases.
