These Terms govern your use of the Shalev app and service (“Shalev”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Shalev.
Zeitgeist LLC.
Shalev is a personal-assistant app. It turns important emails and reminders into a short list of items that need your attention, sends you notifications, can prepare (but never send) email drafts, add calendar events, set reminders, answer questions, and — with your permission — read your Gmail and Calendar and use your location to help you. Features depend on which permissions you grant.
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Shalev may offer a free trial and paid plans (e.g. Standard, Pro) with usage limits. Where subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple under your Apple ID, and Apple’s terms apply; manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Trials convert to paid only if you choose a paid plan. Plan limits (such as monthly assistant-usage caps) may apply and are shown in the app.
You agree not to: use Shalev unlawfully; attempt to access other users’ data; disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or probe the service; use it to send spam or harmful content; or use it to process data you have no right to process. We may suspend or limit accounts that abuse the service or exceed fair-use limits.
You retain ownership of your content (items, messages, emails, photos you provide). You grant us the limited right to process it solely to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you provide and for reviewing anything the assistant prepares for you before acting on it.
Shalev uses AI, which can be wrong, incomplete, or misinterpret a request.
Shalev integrates with Google (Gmail, Calendar), Apple (sign-in, notifications, payments), and others. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and access may change or break if a provider changes its platform.
We aim to keep Shalev available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shalev is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or that outputs will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or missed deadlines arising from your use of Shalev. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for intent or gross negligence, or under mandatory German consumer-protection or product-liability law).
You may stop using Shalev and delete your account at any time (email us to request deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
